On business or studying in a lecture? Use the built in mic to record up to 30 hrs of speech on the 2GB player and up to 60hrs of speech on the 4GB player, then playback at your convenience. If there is something you like on the radio you can also use the record feature to digitally record what you are listening too for future play back. If you are in the gym then use the fitness mode. Select the type of activity you want to do and the Samsung U6 audio player will calculate your calorie output and allow you to set daily goals helping you to achieve your fitness targets.
