Refund and Return Policy

AccessoryJack is a customer oriented and fair company, we will consider refunds case by case at the discretion of the Company Management. Please Contact Us and we will try our best to help.

For defective on arrival items, please write us at within 7 days after receiving. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval will be given by our customer service staff. All return or exchange must be sent within 10 days of RMA approval. We will only be responsible for our way back to you shipping fees. Please note that we will conduct tests on returned products. If we cannot locate the issue mentioned, we will then mail it back to you.

Please understand that we do not entertain satisfaction guarantee type of returns in order to keep best possible pricing for everyone to enjoy. So please conduct more research online to make sure the product is the one you wanted.


Return Method

Please include your original invoice and RMA number with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice for the reason of return. This will help us to keep better record and process your return faster. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please be sure to physically inspect your online store product(s) before opening any bundled software. For defective software, authorizes same-item exchange only.

The RMA number is good for only one (1) purchase transaction and must match the product authorized for return.

You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges related to the return of the original product(s). In order to receive full credit, return your product after obtaining an RMA. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any missing items could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a 30% or a minimum US$20 re-box fee for product return. Return product in a damaged box, or returned in a non-original box will not be accepted. Please confirm the fee with our staff.

All items being returned must be received in warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. will ship a replacement or exchange product(s) upon receipt of the returned product(s).

Shipping Policy

AccessoryJack Limited uses Registered Airmail with tracking number for all orders placed internationally. Orders sent to Hong Kong will be shipped by Registered Local Mail. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the quantity and model of product(s) you order and shipping method you select. Additional shipping insurance can be added into your package, please contact our customer service staff to arrange. All orders placed with are subject to a 24-48 hour processing period prior to shipment. AccessoryJack Limited does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. AccessoryJack Limited shall solely determine where it will ship products, without prior notice. All shipments are subject to stock availability.

Every registered air mail parcel needs the receiver's signature in order to get the parcel. Even when there is no receiver at home, the parcel will be brought back to the post office and you will be informed to pick it up. This prevents the risk of stolen parcels.

We get a receipt for each registered air parcel. So, in the case of losing the parcel, we will fill in a tracking form at the post office by attaching a copy of the receipt. Then our post office will start an investigation and send us a hard copy report after two months. Most of the time, they will be able to located and recover the package.


Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking Number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking number with the confirmation, then tracking service is not available for your package).



You are responsible for providing accurate information on the Registration Form. Please double-check and confirm that you provided accurate shipping address and daytime phone number. If the shipper loses the package, due to customer entry error, then it becomes customer's responsibility to provide the accurate information to the shipper.


Undeliverable Items

A package may be classified as undeliverable because of one of the following: an Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery Attempts, or a Refusal by Recipient. If your package is considered undeliverable and returned to AccessoryJack Limited, we will notify the purchaser/receiver by email for a redelivery, In these cases, a reshipping fee will be applied according to our normal shipping rates.


Missing Material will supply materials missing from your product packages (for example, software, manuals, cards, cables, etc.) if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of order. Please email for replacement materials. After 7 days of receipt of order, it will be your responsibility to purchase replacement materials by emailing Contact Us


Delivering Of Incorrect Item

If the customer has received an incorrect item. Please contact our staff and we will arrange an exchange. Please send the item back to us via Airmail. We will refund the postage back to you if it is our error in shipment. Please note that the max postage refund will be the cost of postage fee you have paid us. A receipt will need to be provided otherwise please advice our staff.
