AccessoryJack Return & Refund Policy

At AccessoryJack, customer satisfaction and fairness are at the heart of our service philosophy. We handle every refund request carefully and case-by-case, guided by transparency and the discretion of our Company Management. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution for every customer.

Defective or Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item arrives defective or non-functional, please write to us at service@AccessoryJack.com within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number after reviewing your case.

  • All return or exchange items must be shipped within 10 days after RMA approval.
  • AccessoryJack will cover only the return shipping fees for sending the replacement product back to you.
  • Returned products will be tested upon arrival. If no fault is detected, the item will be sent back to the customer as originally received.

Non-Defective Returns (Satisfaction-Based)

To maintain the most competitive pricing for all customers, AccessoryJack does not accept “satisfaction guarantee” or “change of mind” returns. Please take time to research your desired product carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations and compatibility requirements.

Return Method and Procedure

To expedite the return process and avoid unnecessary delays, please follow these steps:

  • Include your original invoice and RMA number in the return package.
  • Attach a brief note on the invoice describing the reason for return.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days after your returned product is received by our warehouse.

Important Conditions

  • No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • Please inspect your product upon delivery before opening any bundled or sealed software.
  • For defective software, AccessoryJack authorizes same-item exchanges only.
  • An RMA number is valid for one transaction and must correspond to the authorized product for return.

Return Packaging and Fees

Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs related to returning the product(s) to AccessoryJack, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To qualify for a full credit or exchange:

  • All items must be returned in as-new condition, including original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Any missing or damaged items may cause a delay or partial forfeiture of credit.
  • Products returned in damaged or non-original boxes will not be accepted.

Returns may incur a 30% restocking fee or a minimum charge of US$20. Please confirm the applicable fee with our staff before returning your item.

Return Timeframe

All authorized returns must be received at the AccessoryJack warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receiving your RMA number and instructions. Delays or discrepancies may result in partial or total forfeiture of the credit or refund.

AccessoryJack will dispatch your replacement or exchange item after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
