Shipping Methods

At AccessoryJack, we use Registered Airmail with a tracking number for all international orders to ensure your package arrives safely. Shipping charges depend on the quantity and model of products ordered, as well as your chosen shipping method.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on AccessoryJack.com undergo a processing period of 48 working hours before shipment. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Shipping destinations are subject to our discretion and stock availability.

Express Shipping Options

For faster delivery, we offer express shipping via FedEx or EMS, depending on your location. Once your package is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Lead Times

After order and payment confirmation, items are shipped within 48 working hours from our Hong Kong warehouse. Estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can easily track your package.

Responsibility for Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information provided is accurate. You are responsible for any errors or omissions on the registration form, including shipping address and daytime phone number. Incorrect information may result in lost packages.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Recipient refusal

If your package is returned, we will notify you by email with re-delivery options. Reshipping fees will apply based on our standard shipping rates.

Missing Materials

If any materials such as software, manuals, cards, or cables are missing from your package, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing Service@AccessoryJack.com. After 7 days, replacement materials may require purchase.

Shipment Errors & Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team for an exchange. Return the item via Airmail. If the error was on our part, we will refund your postage costs (receipt required), up to the amount paid for shipping.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
