Frequently Asked Questions
(1) Do you offer FREE shipping worldwide?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping via Airmail Service to major countries including the US, UK, Canada, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Hong Kong, and Russia. All parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong. Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19, some countries may not be eligible for normal delivery. We are actively monitoring the logistics situation and will expand our delivery destinations as conditions improve.
(2) How long does it take to ship to me?
Once we receive your order and payment confirmation, we will ship your items within the next 48 working hours. Our warehouse in Hong Kong is efficient in processing orders. Here are our estimated delivery times for different regions:
- US / UK: 5 to 9 working days
- EU / Australia / Canada: 7 to 14 working days
- Japan / South Korea: 5 to 9 working days
- South East Asia: 7 to 14 working days
- Hong Kong / Taiwan / Macau: 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of the world (including Russia): 14 to 21 working days

(3) Which logistic service provider will you use?
We utilize the fastest and most reliable logistic service providers to deliver your parcels, including Hong Kong Post, USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex.
(4) Do you provide tracking codes for my package?
Yes, our standard shipping method includes a tracking number. You will receive an automatic email with your tracking code after your shipment is dispatched. This code is essential for locating your package through your local post office.
(5) Can I pay in my local currency using PayPal or a credit card?
All our products are priced in US dollars. However, if you use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AE, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Shopify Payments, you can choose to pay in Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros, or Hong Kong Dollars as displayed on the product page.
If you opt to pay via PayPal, you can select from a list of common currencies, including Australian, Canadian, Euros, Japanese Yen, and British Pounds. Please note that PayPal's exchange rate may be approximately 2.5% higher than the normal rate. You can also choose to pay in US dollars and let your credit card convert the amount to your local currency at the current rate.
(6) What should I do if PayPal refuses my payment?
PayPal has a high-security standard, and any discrepancies with your billing address may prevent the transaction from going through. Please ensure that your address details are accurate when using PayPal. If you encounter any payment difficulties, please Contact Us for assistance.
(7) What should I do if Shopify Payments does not accept my payment?
Many customers experience issues with the Verified by Visa authentication, which is crucial for bank verification. If you have any payment difficulties, please Contact Us for support.
(8) Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, you do not have to pay any sales tax. Hong Kong does not impose any tax on sales purchases.
(9) Will I have to pay customs duty?
While we cannot be responsible for customs duties imposed by your country, we will do our best to help minimize the risk. However, there is still a possibility that customs duties may apply. Based on our 15 years of experience shipping worldwide, customers in the US, Australia, and New Zealand typically do not face customs tax issues.
(10) Do I have a warranty on the products?
All products we sell are 100% brand new, genuine, and authentic, shipped in their original packaging. Unless otherwise stated, warranties are usually effective only in Hong Kong. To utilize the warranty, you will need to send the product back to us, and we will facilitate repairs through authorized professionals. Please retain the original packaging for warranty purposes, as many distributors require the warranty sticker on the box to honor warranty claims.
(11) What do the voltage ratings (100V, 110V, 240V) mean for me?
Most electronic products today are designed with universal voltages (100V-240V) and can operate in any country. However, some products may have a limited voltage range. Please check the voltage specifications on the product page. Generally, 100V-110V is suitable for the US, Canada, and Japan, while 220V-240V works in Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and more.
(12) Will the plug work with my country's sockets?
We provide a complimentary travel plug adapter for your country. However, we currently offer only four types of adapters:
- UK type
- US type
- European type
- Australian type
If we cannot identify the appropriate type for your country, we may not be able to provide a suitable plug adapter. Please Contact Us to let us know your requirements.
(13) The price seems very low; are the products genuine?
